Thank you for supporting our small business. 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue and make it right.

 

Seeds & Tubers (We can only send within New Zealand)

Seeds-Due to the nature of seeds and the factors that affect germination we cannot accept returns on seeds. 

Tubers- While we take every precaution to ensure the health of our Dahlias including careful inspection, If any disease appears throughout the growing season no refund will be given due to the fact that a plant can contract disease from various sources, including soil and insects. Contact us if you are unhappy with the tubers condition before planting. Please only order with us if you are happy with these terms.

Wear

We have a 30-day return policy on defective or damaged items. If your t-shirt arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect or is an incorrect order, please contact us with in the 30 day time period on our website contact form. Due to the nature of print to order products we don't accept returns for reasons other than those listed. Please double-check the size chart before ordering.
